This is probably the same bug people on launchpad are experiencing:

Do you have a TV tuner card installed? I believe mine is crashing because it
thinks my TV tuner card is a webcam, but I'm not really sure. My kopete output
during this crash (along with other peoples) is at the launchpad site.
