in Kopete, you have 2 kind of notifications...

Incoming notification
Incoming notification in active window

And i like see the popup when a people tell me something, because i can accept or reject the conversation.

But if I'm reading a website, PDF, or watching a video, the popup is not too nice, especially when you have a small window like i (800x480)
