[kopete-bugs] [Bug 149005] MSN plugin keeps saying "user ____ is offline. messages will not be delivered", even when not trying to send messages.

I can also confirm this one (kopete 0.50.80).
It happens when someone tries to sign on, but immediately gets disconnected.
