Vladimir could you compile Kopete with debug info and see what Kopete prints in
console when you are trying to add contact to ignore list?

Btw I've changed the kDebug to kWarning in Kopete (which will be in KDE 4.2) so
user will see what's going wrong even without debug build. I've forgot about
the GUI and now it's too late :(
