In Kopete, clicking the "Chat" and "View" buttons in Plasma notification popup
opens the window minimized in system tray.
To see this, click on Chat or View button in Kopete notification. The window
will open but be minimized. Expected behaviour: the window opens on top of
other windows and gets focus.
