If you are using KDE4.2 svn trunk, the protocol "MSN" was removed but there's a
new one called "WLM" based on "libmsn" (which adds a lot of features of recent
MSN protocol version). If you haven't "libmsn" installed at compile time, I
suppose the "WLM" protocol plugin won't build.
