When translated, this string is frequently longer than will fit in the default
window size.  As a result the listview shows a horizontal scrollbar, and the
item itself is not readable.

Suggestion: replace the listview with an ActiveLabel or similar when the list
of accounts is empty, as this will expand the layout to fit the translated
text.
