Steps to reproduce.

- open konsole fullscreen
- open a kopete IM chat window
- raise konsole above the IM window
- get incoming message
- window flickers

Is this normal? I have "Focus follows mouse" set. I would think it should stay up and not go back. I get expected behavior if I replace konsole with a Firefox 3 window.
