SUMMARY
Just installed Konversation for the first time on Windows 10, and it's working
great. EXCEPT for the fact that Notifications are not triggering at all. Tried
all sorts of combos of triggers, like Play Sound, Show Popup, Log to File,
Mark, but none of them actually work. The only thing that happens is that the
relevant channels in the left-hand side Menu List get highlighted (red or
yellow).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Konversation
2. Enable Notifications, set Triggers
3. Set off a Trigger

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens. No sound played, no Notification/Popup in Windows shown,
nothing Marked (except highlighted channel names), and no Logging to File. Even
when clicking on the "Play" button when choosing a Sound, no sound is heard.

EXPECTED RESULT
Windows Notification should be shown when something happens sets off a Trigger
