Hi,

Can you forward this email to someone at KDE who could assist in creating
an IRC client for our company?

//

Our company wants a custom 'C++ / QT' based IRC client to replace our
current mIRC client, and we are looking at Konversation as possible
starting point.

Rather than start from the ground up, I would like to purchase a C++ and QT
branch from you that we can use internally under our own licensing terms.
We will probably be replacing the front end QT components and moving some
features around. We have 2 employees with Visual Studio and base level C++
and Qt knowledge that could take over once a stable product is built.

The main goal is to replace mIRC for the look and feel - updated and more
modern, and to have features like DCC, SSL, Keyword Highlights, etc still
function. The company is looking at the C++ and Qt for long term
maintenance, a better GUI experience and for future changes.

Please let me know if purchasing this source code and rebranding is
possible (or recreating), an estimated cost, and payment options. Or,
alternatively, if another option is available.

Thank you,

Ralf Hickman
