Under Settings>Behavior>Ignore, I assumed this allowed you to ignore messages
in channels matching specified words or patterns, but was later informed this
only worked for the hostmask.

I'd really like if this would allow you to ignore normal channel messages
containing certain text.  

In my use case, there are some channels I visit that are run by bots that spam
hundreds of messages every minute, and I'd like to ignore some of the messages
I don't care about.

The current Ignore feature in the settings has checkboxes for
channel/query/notice/ctcp/dcc/invite.. but it doesn't actually filter channel
messages.  Maybe not a bug but an unfinished feature?  I'm not really sure what
the situation is with this.
