            Bug ID: 373497
Summary: Indicate total download progress in Plasma task
                    manager.
           Product: konversation
           Version: 1.6.2
          Platform: Archlinux Packages
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: notifications
          Assignee: konversation-devel at kde.org
          Reporter: evotopid at gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

As of KDE Plasma 5.6 there is the feature indicating task progress in the task
manager. This could be implemented for Konversation IRC downloads.

What I am unsure about is which download items you would count for 100%
download progress. Like if I start 5 downloads of equal size and two of them
finish, then I am 20% done, but if there were already 5 finished downloads
prior to that I don't want it to be reported as 60% done.

If there isn't a way to separate "seen" finished downloads from unfinished ones
I guess implementing a feature like this might be hard. Still I imagine it
being worth investigating as it would improve integration with KDE Plasma.
