Debian and other distros patch Konversation to change the default IRC network
and channel

Since patches are evil it would be nice if Konversation had a config file by
default which could be easily patched.  (You can see this patch is incorrect as
it doesn't change the network name.)

Also the default channel might be better as a user support channel such as #kde
