If an incoming message contains my nickname, making it a highlight, and
contains an XML entity, it gets decoded before displaying it.

For example, I sent myself a message that shows on the ircview as "[20:08]
<PovTest> PovAddict: bugs&features", but the OSD shows "[Highlight]
(#konvi-test) <PovTest> PovAddict: bugs&features".
