When hiding the menubar, a popup is shown:

This will hide the menu bar completely. You can show it again by typing Ctrl+M.
[x] Do not ask again

Checking this box has no effect, the message is always shown even if previously
checked.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Hide menubar (Settings->Show Menubar or Ctrl+M).
2. Check "[x] Do not ask again" in resulting dialog.
3. Show menubar with Ctrl+M.
4. Re-hide menubar.

Actual Results:  
Confirmation popup is shown again.

Expected Results:  
Confirmation popup is not repeated.
