This wasn't happening to me until recently. Now it suddenly does, without me
having changed anything about my system. I at first blamed btrfs, but now I
switched to ext4 and it's broken again.

Journal shows a lot of following entries:
konversation[3388]: No language dictionaries for the language: "en"

I have also tried git master, and the issue persists. Running arch x64, Qt
5.4.2, KDE 5.3.1
