The system tray icon starts blinking for every new message that arrives in a
channel even if all the notifications for the action "New Message" are turned
off in the notification dialog.

This behavior is very distracting.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open 'Configure Notifications.. dialog'
2.Untick 'Mark task bar entry' for action 'New Message'


Actual Results:  
The task bar entry starts blink at the first new message that arrives in one of
the channels

Expected Results:  
The task bar entry should not blink
