When a user is in multiple channels with the same name on different networks it
would be nice to be able to set up a highlight that only applies to one of
those channels.

This would be useful when the user has different roles in the different
channels, e.g. if they are an admin for one and want to highlight "admin" but
don't want that for the other channel where they just lurk. Or a user in two
#sports channels might want to highlight "football" in a European channel but
not in an American one where that word refers to handegg.

On IRC Sho_ suggested using irc://server/channel for this.
