Bookmarks button in the toolbar does not work.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add "Bookmarks" button to your toolbar.
2. Click in it.
Actual Results:  
Nothing happens.

Expected Results:  
A dropdown list with your bookmarked channels appear.
