If you hide the channel topic via mouse movement, you can't show it again, if
the tab switch buttons are configured on top.

Workaround: move tab switch buttons to left or bottom, show channel topic and
move buttons back to top.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. configure tab switch buttons on top
2. hide topic of channel
3. try to show topic -> not working
Actual Results:  
show topic -> not working

Expected Results:  
show topic should work
