سلام is not a nickname , MyFriendNickName was a nickname
سلام is the message that if you just write سلام without a nickname it's RTL and
that's correct
but if you also mention your friends with it's nickname it shows it LTR.

it should be RTL but it's LTR because it also counts Buschinski but it
shouldn't because it's just a nickname.
