I am i some channel whose topic is

If #bar is too noisy try #foo

when entering the channel the following message appears

[22:35] *** El tema del canal és «If #bar is too noisy try #foo».

Problem is that the highlighing inludes the » so if i click on it i get back
"#foo» Illegal channel name"
