But i think this is insufficient, specially for users that are not english
speakers, since they use to have their native lang dictionary defined by
default.

In that case users are being forced to set globally an english dictionary, or
set the dictionary to english every time they run the irc client (which is
quite annoying), so the best option would be set in konversation an option to
set the a dictionary.
