If I click "global away" it appears to work as expected and the system tray and
nick list indicates such but at some point it is no longer enabled and the
system tray and nick list show i am no longer away.

Global away should should not be changed until I click to change it

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  click/enable "global away" 
2.
3.
Actual Results:  
after awhile no longer indicates I am away

Expected Results:  
should indicate I am away until I physically change it
