yes, I am sure. Actually I just noticed today that the issue is surprisingly
not reproducible in 4.9.0 any more (the summary is a lie) but it was definitely
an issue here with 4.8.x. I'll let you decide what to do with this bug, feel
free to invalidate/obsolete it
