FWIW we do like your toggle request and have actually been thinking along those
lines for a while as well, also with regard to things like the ignore system
and netsplit handling. Merely hiding data so it's still around and can be shown
on demand as opposed to throwing it out for good definitely seems superior.
We've got a rewrite of the text display widget we use in the works right now
and pulling off these kinds of dyamic filtering behaviors is a design
consideration that.
