Comparison mIRC-konversation (irc colors)

Version:           1.3.1 (using KDE 4.5.5) 
OS:                Linux

No background color is shown in konversation (irc colors)

See my comparison how it should look -left- (mIRC or webchat) and how it looks
in konversation -right-

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
insert > irc color... (and set here fore- AND background)

Actual Results:  
this background isn't shown (foreground color is shown/correct)

Expected Results:  
i want to see that background color

OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.34.7-0.7-desktop
Compiler: gcc
