Konversation supports both automatic joining of channels on connect and
identification with nick services, but it prioritizes neither. The result is
that channels which require identification before joining cannot properly be
auto-joined, because konversation tries to join before you are identified.

Expected Results:  
Konversation should do identification before channel auto joins.
