i'm receiving files and dcc is always interrupted... i always resume but always
occur

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
receive file from someone thru dcc... wait for a few seconds and it will fail

Actual Results:  
dcc file transfer fail

Expected Results:  
tranfer to be competed

OS: WindowsNT (i686) release Windows 7
Compiler: cl.exe
