konversation 
To move a channel tab one may:
1) right click on it and click on the channel marker and choose a graphical
direction indicator this works as expected
2) one may choose either keyboard accelerator the M for left or R for right
this works as expected
3) BUG one chooses to use the keyboard shortcut sequence the channel
highlighted changes to the channel left or right depending on sequence chosen.
CTRL + ALT + Left (or) Right
