When I have more than ~15 irc tabs open, they start to shrink and I can only
see the first 3-4 letters of their names. I'd prefer the tabs to wrap around
and crate a second line of tabs.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
open more than 15 channels

Actual Results:  
tab labels show only 3-4 characters

Expected Results:  
tabs wrap around and are completely legible
