You're missing the development packages (headers) re-
quired to build KDE 4 applications. The build-time de-
pendencies of Konversation are development packages
for Qt, kdelibs, kdepimlibs and optionally QCA2 (for
encryption) and XScreensacer (for auto-away).

Please ask your distributor for the names of these
packages, as they differ from distro to distro.
