Hi Rick,

the KDE 4 version of Konversation (currently a work in progress)
is going to be available for Windows via the efforts of the KDE
Windows team. In fact, pre-release snapshots of the KDE 4 ver-
sion are already available via the KDE Windows Installer. Look
at http://windows.kde.org/

BTW: It's an IRC client, not an IRC script.
