The chat view in konversation for KDE3.5 used to display RTL chats correctly (I
think it was based on the first letter in the message, like other KDE apps used
to do it).

For KDE4, all chats are LTR, regardless of the message text.

I have the same issue for the inputline, but I guess this is another bug
report.
