[Konversation-devel] Config dialog general overhaul

Good day,

as a heads up so there's no duplicated work, I'm going
to be redoing the config dialog now, namely:

* Change navigation, structure and layouts to be
  KDE 4 HIG-compliant, reorganizing various things
  in the process.

* Reuse Yakuake's skin management code for the
  nickname list theme; brings some code improve-
  ments there.

* Add in-line previews to the nickname list theme
  page.

* Redesign the colors page to fix the size issue
  and prepare for color scheme support, taking ins-
  piration from the KDE 4 Fonts/Colors document by
  Olaf Schmidt (KDE Accessibility/Usability), which
  I contributed to back then.

* Look into exposing the emoticon stuff, probably
  taking a cue from Kopete (launching the KCM).

* Cleanup, cleanup, cleanup.
