If Konversation is having trouble connecting to a server, every time a
connection attempt fails, (if it's not the active window) the taskbar entry
gets highlighted. This is highly annoying.

It also gets highlighted if I get disconnected from a server I'm already
connected to, and I don't like that either (if Konversation is not the active
window that means I'm not IRCing at the moment and don't really care), but
that's somewhat less of an issue.
