Please open a separate bug for the minimising issue, that's not really session
management.

I'd love to see this feature. The problem with the server list is that I often
have periods of different IRC interests. For example, on free-node, when I'm
running kubuntu betas, I want #ubuntu+1 and #kde open, and when I'm
web-developing, I want #drupal or #mediawiki open, and each time I change the
set I want open on start I have to manually edit the server list. But I don't
want to idle in them all all the time - I have limited downloads :D
