[Konversation-devel] reconnect confussion

Patch:
- rename reconnect to connect
- add a real reconnect

This should fix the connect/reconnect confussion :)
And a real reconnect is useful.

And since I couldnt find how to subscribe to the mailing list, tell me on the 
irc if there is something wrong with the patch
