[Bug 147532] When joining a channel #°_° konversation doesn't show the people on that channel. Seems empty.

Yes, you right. It's not a bug but an encoding problem. I suppose mIRC works only with iso-8859-1 while in Konversation you can choose the character encoding, infact with 8859-1 works fine.
