Summary: mode q assumed to represent channel owner privileges
           Product: konversation
           Version: 1.0.1
          Platform: Debian testing
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: konversation-devel kde org
        ReportedBy: cheal hotpop com

Version: 1.0.1 (using KDE KDE 3.5.5)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages
OS: Linux

When a user is moded +q, the event is described by "%1 gives channel owner privileges to %2." (in channel.cpp). This assumes that q represents channel owner privileges, while, at least on OFTC, it actually represents...a quietban.
