It's nice to know that someone has highlighted you on irc, but the current notification is annoying when, for instance, you are showing your code to someone on your screen. It would be nice to have the possibility to set it as it is in Gajim - a simple enveloppe is displayed, no blink - of maybe just display the tray icon red without the blinking.
