after a lenth of time (about 1 to 2 days )
when set to display the real name next to the nick in the nick list , it will stop getting and displaying the information to new nicks joining after this time 

leaving the server and reconnecting will get it working again untill the bug reapears 1 to 2 days later

repetable ,, same problem on 3 diferent machines here on the local network and 
dose not appear to be a server problem 
same on a number of diferent irc networks tried
