No. Konversation is designed to be a dedicated
IRC client - and is, in that capacity, quite a
bit more sophisticated than Gaim. We currently
have no plans to extend our coverage of communi-
cation protocols beyond IRC.

A KDE equivalent of Gaim with basic IRC support
is Kopete, http://kopete.kde.org/
