If you edit the konversation 'quick buttons', that show up in the nick list when you enable them in the preferences, It does not save your changes. 

For example, I change the DEOP buttons action from /DEOP %u%n to /DEOP sPiN%n then hit apply and ok. For the rest of that session, the setting is saved. But, if I close konqueror and reopen it, It is back to the default actions.
