How to reproduce:

1. Open a query to someone.
2. Drag a file onto the query window to send the file to that person.
3. Close the query window.
4. Open a DCC chat session with someone.
5. Drag a file onto the DCC chat window and notice that it won't allow you to do that.

Expected Behavior:

I expected konversation to send the file to the user via DCC, regardless of the fact that I'm using a query or a DCC chat window as a drop target.

I wasn't quite sure if this should be filed as a bug or as a wish, so I'm sticking with wish.
