The bookmark toolbar lists the following actions when you click Settings => Configure Toolbar:

Undo, Redo, seperator, New Bookmark, New Folder, seperator, delete.

However, the last two (seperator and delete) do not show up on the toolbar until you make some changes to the toolbar, hit apply and then revert the changes.
