All pre-kconfigxt:
* I'm aware of an IPv6 /server corner case I need to fix
* Opening IPv6 bookmarks is still broken (never worked)
* Network bookmarks have some issues apparently
* Duplicate connection handling is broken - no idea when
  it opens a new tab or when it doesn't, but it's less
  intuitive than it one was
* When reconnecting and rejoining an otherwise empty
  channel, the chanmodes are reset, but we don't update
  our representation
* DCC resume is broken (strm disappeared?)

And probably a lot of other stuff I can't think of ATM.
