[Konversation-devel] WhatsThis patch

Hi!
Konversation has a really good handbook which describes the different UI 
elements with screenshots etc...
I thought it made sense to make many of those explanations in the handbook 
available as WhatsThis help, so I made this small patch. Most of the 
descriptions are copied verbatim from the manual.

What do you think?

If this would be applied, I'd need some info about the formatting rules 
(<b>,<i>,<p>) I should use in WhatsThis help. Is \n\n ok, or <p></p><p></p> 
better etc...
