The default behaviour for the option Settings -> Konversation -> Tab Beaviour -> When someone queries you, focus new tab seems to be On. This is a really annoying behaviour since you tend to send your messages to the wrong person because of that.

As a good rule, no tab change should be cause by an external action. Only the local user can cause such changes. I would even go to say that such option is unnecesary. It should be replaced instead with an option to make the first message of such query window appear on the OSD and make the query tab flash like when a message with your nick is sent in a regular channel.
