I definitely think the tab notifications should be
cleaned up and made configurable before the release.

Ideally, there should be a Notifications->Tab Bar
prefs page that offers a choice between LEDs and
coloured text labels for notifications, as well as
colour selection widgets for the different types of
traffic.

Both the text labels and the LEDs should follow the
user-selected colours; I think we can blend a trans-
lucent LED prototype graphic over a coloured back-
ground to achieve that effect. I've been playing
around with QImage yesterday :-).

By default, server messages and actual chat should
have the same notification colour, IMHO, to keep
things simple.
